HEAD Project Flex (2026) Pickleball Paddle

Give it a shot: a paddle shaped by the players who tested it.

The HEAD Project Flex is the first paddle from HEAD's Project series, developed in the open with feedback from the pickleball community. The result is a paddle built around one idea: controlled flex for more touch in the soft game, without giving up stability when the hands battles heat up.

The key is HEAD's DualFusion Frame. A stiff carbon outer frame keeps the paddle stable and predictable, while a softer inner layer lets the face give in a consistent, controlled way. That extra give keeps the ball on the face a touch longer, so resets, drops and counters feel easier to shape and place. Inside, an EPP foam core wrapped in a 360° TPE shell delivers a comfortable, consistent feel across the whole face, and the T700 carbon surface adds grip on the ball for spin.
