Inspired, designed and play tested by Roger Federer, the RF 01 delivers enhanced speed, more penetrating groundstrokes and transition shots, and quicker reactions at net.

RF 01 - For Roger Federer's last year on tour, he needed a tennis racket that would help him compete with the new generation of heavy baseliners while maintaining his all-court style. The Wilson RF 01 is inspired by that racket. It's lighter than our RF 01 Pro, making it a more maneuverable version. It features the same SABR Frame Design that gives it versatility, allowing for the pace, spin and direction changes signature to Roger's game. You'll notice a fast head speed thanks to Glide Guard B&G and a great ball-pocketing feel from Braid 45 Technology.

What a Gem

With a smaller sweet spot than a lot of tech heavy racquets, this RF 01 is nostalgic. The sweet spot is smaller but the racquet is far more rewarding with proper technique. I added Tungsten tape at 10 & 2 to help expand the sweet spot in the upper hoop along with adding 9 grams in the handle. A very stable yet whippet racquet. I'm a 1 hand backhand who also slices, my game has enhanced. Wilson knocked it it of the park!
